Michael Hawk has been practicing law since 2000. Mr. Hawk is a lifelong resident of Fort Wayne and is a graduate of Concordia Lutheran High School. He attended Indiana University (Bloomington) and Valparaiso University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana as well as the federal courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Eastern District of Kentucky.

Mr. Hawk is a member of the Indiana Bar Association (serving as the district representative to the Young Lawyers Section for several years), the Allen County Bar Association and is a member of the Benjamin Harrison Inns of Court. He currently serves as an officer of the Board of Directors of the Lutheran Life Villages Foundation and as an officer of the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Lawyer Program of Northeast Indiana.

Mr. Hawk is a general practitioner primarily involved in civil litigation with an emphasis in the areas of commercial litigation, business law, estate planning and litigation, municipal law, creditors' rights and both personal injury and insurance defense litigation. He represents individuals, small to medium-sized business entities, insurance companies, foundations and occasionally governmental offices and agencies. He has significant experience in all aspects of litigation including mediation, arbitration, trial and civil appeals.
